i dont think we will have a war because I am selfish and weak!

Right now the atmospeher in India is to go to war with Pakistan. It is justfied due to the recent attacks on Indian Parliament which was surely sponsored by Pakistan.

Why do I not want war?

I am weak because my immediate concern is for my mother back home. concern is for my family back home.

I am selfish as I want my family's life back home to be as it is now.. no hiccups.

I just want to lead a life with no major upsets. I never grew up in strife torn times like many children in Israel or other parts of the world.

This may sound very strange but this is my honest feeling. To posture for war is all okay and nationalistic too... but deep down I am scared of war!

shant echarcha pai, shaant I understand your feeling, but think about those whose targetted every other day. How long will you be safe, if they keep on doing that.

Mumbai is going to be second but think abt Delhi, its always be first target, either by terrorist or by war. My whole family and my many friends whole family based at Delhi, even though, we wish let it be all out war, Roj roj marne se ek baar marna achcha.

Agar har koi apni family ke baare me sochega to desh ke baare me kon sochega charcha pai , We all have family back in India, but think abt those Jawan, whose fighting in front, who have family at home, and they are standing in front of bullets, if all the jawans start to think like that, you can think it off yourself the future of India.

let it be all out war, no matter How many people die, if our half of the population dies, and whole of pakistan wiped out from the world map, we should be ready for that deal.

Atleast I am, I dont mind to see myself and my family dead bodies, if India start to nuke Pakistan and start an all out war

Sunit ! we also have same feelings as U,we have our families in India too.
But if everyone is just thinking about "me and my family" Who 'll save our nation.
Now don't think that I am in favour of WAR,but just think in other way,we heard daily about 1 -2 Terror activites in India,which kills hundreds of ppl daily..........than Why shouldn't we opt for a WAR

The eerie calm before the storm is more frightening than the storm itself. Everyone and every family has the inherrent capability of gearing itself for war. I will and my family will too!.

We gotta show em that we can hit back and can hit back hard...so hard that the next few of their generations will find it difficult to stand up!.

Neither selfish nor weak. You are just being Human. But what if your whole family was in the US? Would you still be scared? If not, then i'll say that you are selfish.

I fear for my family, and every other family that is alive.

Our aim is to end this terrorism crap. In my opinion there are ways in which it can be achieved with the minimum bloodshed. War spells doom for all when it is between countries of comparable strengths.

50 years back, it was a different thing. Today, it's a nuclear turf. We have to step with caution. Nuclear explosions (God Forbid) will not only spell doom for those living today, but for 5 generations to come. Too big a price to pay.

The situation calls for some calm, composed and focussed thinking. Hot headed approaches would only result in death and destruction. I know exactly what to do and how to handle this. If only I were one of the decision makers.

I hope the pray that those on top do think about the outcomes of whatever actions they take. I hope they act intelligently and not on an impulse.

Unfortunately, our dirty stinkin' neighbour has gone too far this time. Retaliate we must. Or forever the people in pukistan will think hum choodiyaan pehne hue hain!

Cost?

No war/military action comes without a cost. If our jawaans can lose our lives, so can civilians. And harsh tho it may be, that is a fact of life.

Waise jabse hum paida hothey hain, hum sab mauth ki line main khadey hain. Hamaare paas alag alag tareeken hain. Jab ham ko jaana hain. Ab us tareek ko na hum kabhi nahin badalsakthey hain!!

Self respect and dignity.

We cant be a viewer all the time, if neighbor home (Kashmir) is in fire, How long we will be in safe hand and keep on day dreaming like it wont catch us too.

I am just thinking abt it, Biggey, I cant be happy because my family is in Delhi (far away from Kashimir), just think a case, where my father start for his office in CP, and while passing by to Krishi bhawan area, if some terrorist start to shoot out, and what if, he may be one among the victim.

Even indian should seriously think abt Nuking pakistan

Just that I wrote my honest feelings that I am feeling right now.

I know that I am weak.. I am worried about making my next credit card minimum payment.. I am worried about getting a better project... I am worried about moving a to a new apt. with lower rent... I am engulfed in all these daily problems which jsut dont go away....

To think of war and the benefits it will bring in the long term is not really on my mind.. not atleast today... I am down and feeling crappy about everything... Saal kitna bhi mehnat karo.. paisa nahin milta.. I dont want money to stash it in a bank.. I want to pay off my bills.. I want ot be free of credit card debts.. I want a better future.. I want my family safe.. I cannot handle any more tension at this point.. I am weak!

In this war if it happens every Indian and every community will get a chance to put it's words into action. I accept people will die, people will be maimed loved one's will be lost, property will be destroyed. But then when the dust will settle there will be a new India born, an India with lot less communal prejudices. India will win this war and it has to. It's people will make it happen. They have made it happen in the past and they will make it happen now. Pakistan is destined to bite the dust. It's meaningless existance will have to be put to an end. It is India's moral responsibility towards the civilised world to do so.

India has shown restraint and God knows it has!. But the limit has been reached God has tested our patience and he'll be with us this time. I dont believe in any particular God but I know one thing for sure God punishes and he punishes only the evil.

And when we go Six feet under we'll be happy to have died a hero's death. Our generations will salute us to have gone ahead and faced death so that they would live a life safe from terrorism.

I for one would prefer such a death. JAI HIND!

Thats the same reason, even after a week, India Govt couldnt able to make any decision till now.

You know what, If god gives me a choice before my next birth to choose one among those four nation to choose for and even it has, India, India, India and country like Bhutan, I would choose Bhutan Instead
