Unhappy Dream Interpretations!!!

I know..I Know… there are similar threads like this!
But.. none that could solve my “queries”!
I have these horrible recurring dreams!! And it looks all soooo real that I wake up all sad thinking that it just happened!
Dream 1: I always miss my flight/train!!
Always! And it’s not funny how often I dream it.. I arrive late.. Am on the wrong terminal/platform.. The train is there but somehow I cant board it..!! A new reason everytime!! But I never seem to catch it..
Yeah.. it translates into fear of missing an opportunity… But is that it?! I get that dream even when am contended and happy! Sucks!!!
Dream 2: Broken teeth!!
This one is just disgusting!! I mean.. it’s so bad that I get up with a feeling that I have really lost couple of them.. it’s that real!!! I mean the first thing I do is check the mirror! Horrible!
People tell me it’s a bad omen! But what do I do?!
Do you guys have such recurring dreams?! What do you do about it?!

Re: Dream Interpretations!!!

I used to have a recurring dream when in school . I am in a boat all alone . I see a train passing far away , but i can see who is inside . I am trying to find my parents , but cannot find them , i am crying . I used to wake up a little terrified . The boat was also the same everytime . White boat with a couch tpye thing and has a shade above it .

It was only by chance that i described the boat to dad . He told me that as a 2 yr old , all of us were in kashmir and i was terrified of taking the boat ride . The boat was exactly the one i described . He was amazed that it was so vivid . But yes they took the ride and i was crying the whole time , and dad kind of was joking that if i did not stop crying , he will leave me in the boat all by myself.

Odd huh!!!

So.. it stopped once u got to know the reason??!

One dream I used to get in school was falling off my grandmom's terrace!
I have never missed a train.. dont have a broken tooth and neither have fallen off from any terrace!! It's quite strange..

perhaps as a 2 year old you went to kashmir and missed the train, fell down from the terrace in a hurry and broke your teeth?

so? if thats how he looks, how does it matter who posts it?

anyway, lets not make it a dialogue. lets bring the thread back to topic.

you are obviously scarred in a way that impacts your daily (or shall we say nightly) life. have you tried waking up and going back to sleep (in IT terms rebooting the computer)? does that still cause the dreams to occur?

Yeaaah.. I do that.. esp when I dream about broken teeth (there's always more than one)

But.. that's not a solution.. rite?!

it is a solution. I know loads of people who have woken up gone to sleep and have never had that dream again!

ok try this. just before sleeping, read/watch something about a happy episode in a train (pal do pal ka saath hamara type of song) or remember one of the tasty dishes you had in a train or that kiss with the handsome hulk you had in that tunnel between lonavala and igatpuri - you get the point?
