Simply ridiculous. I saw on TV, Some of the leaders from the Panchayt saying openly, they don't care about law, constitution. They just want it their way.
Don't know when this barbarians will get out of their narrow mindset. Yes, cultural traditions are there and should not be mixed with other things. But a murderer is a murderer.

We feel strongly against the media for naming Khaps, accepted for the last 3,000 years, as Talibani Panchayats.”
The Khap leaders also decided to hold another grand assembly, chaired by Bhartiya Kisan Union (Tikiat) leader Mahinder Singh Tikait on May 23, at Jind.
