Should Narendra Modi appear before the SIT ?
Bhailog (and the chics), now that Narendra Modi has been summoned by the SIT, what would you expect him to do? As per TV reports, he can wriggle out of it using some legal loopholes. If he does appear before the SIT, it will open a spate of similar appearances before other investigative committees like Nanavati commission etc.
Do you think he should appear before the SIT? Why? Because it is his duty to do so? Idealism apart, in Indian context it may not be a bad move politically. Personally I would like him to appear before the SIT and get his name cleared. If he actually chooses this route, his stature would rise manyfold in my opinion. Of course there is another route if he were to be a Chanakya. Suppose he visits the SIT on 21st March as per his summons, and the SIT is absent or not meeting that day for some reason . If Modi can manipulate the things this way, he can have his cake and eat it too. |

Re: Should Narendra Modi appear before the SIT ?
No political party/sold-out media houses will heed to these investigations if the final outcome doesn't agree with what stereotypes they already have regarding the incident.
All in all, no one is above law. If the law agencies want to even summon PM or president for any matter then its their duty to co-operate and not find loopholes to avoid them.

Re: Should Narendra Modi appear before the SIT ?
If people like modi, organization like RSS, Shiv Sena, BJP gets into power our country will go into civil war and it will break in pieces as of region like marathi, tamil telegu, kannada, tulu, odiya etc and also gets divided into hindu muslim sikhs Christians Jains etc. Please remember nuclear is made by a Muslim, country freedom by a Hindu, educational institutions by Christians if any of us try to remove other country will fall
