Ranirajaji ... something about this site ... people search and come here to ask all sort of questions and help us solve their problems ... we do try our best. We help.

Badri Prasad Ji ... welcome to our small community. You have come to a right place. Whatever questions or problems ... please feel free to seek our help.

We have many married members ... they will enlighten you ... hopefully. SUHAGRAAT rituals? We have all sort of wedding customs and prayers but never heard of SUHAGRAAT rituals. Normally a newly wedded couple locks the doors and get busy ... to know each other better.

I do recall now ... one particular ritual is very common in Bollywood movies ... new bride offers her groom a glass of milk for strength. Is that a ritual or bride's way of reminding groom of hard night's work ahead ... I don't know.

Best places for honeymoon in India ... Goa, Simla, Srinaagar and Ooty ... I believe ... but India is a very crowded place. Have you considered going overseas like Europe or USA? Its cheaper overseas then in India.

Have a wonderful honeymoon. We wish you all the best of blissfully wedded life.

Yes Tantubhai, I recollect it very well. I did help you understand the penny-ante concerns of micro-business in a C class municipality in India. Surely I must've helped you fully, because there were no further queries/clarifications needed by you on the subject, or maybe your interest lagged, or maybe there was no interest- the query being a preclude to something....more.....sinister? Though your fetishist interest in that particular thread is incomprehensible.

I think BPji is not offering any help on the places for honeymoon; it is only the suhagraat that his present query relates to. So your queries regarding honeymoon .. Are they a preclude to something....more.....sinister?

Re: SUHAGRAAT Indian Style - HONEYMOON in INDIA

yes.. nice place.. as with all places in india- people will slowly screw this one up as well, the government has not will not probably do anything to develop the infrastructure and make it more tourist friendly..

we stayed at a nice quiet guest house in Pawas which is close by.. it was quiet, green and non polluted as i remember it.. there is an ashram, swami swaroopanand i believe and temple near by.. you can get good hapoos (ratnagiri devgad alfonso) when in season.

ganpatipule has a temple on the beach and i believe one of those MTDC hotels close to the beach - ok like i guess..

Ganpatipule is a nice quiet holiday destination.
Its beach water is the cleanest I saw in India except Lakshadweep, A&N Islands.
