न्यूयॉर्क। अमेरिका के एक प्रमुख अखबार ‘द न्यूयॉर्क टाइम्स’ में दक्षिण एशिया से संबंधित एक खबर के प्रकाशित होने से पाकिस्तानी रणनीतिकारों में खलबली मच गई है।

‘द न्यूयॉर्क टाइम्स’ की रविवार को प्रकाशित “ए रिड्रोन मैप आफ साऊथ एशिया” नामक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, पाकिस्तानी अवाम और सेना के कुछ अधिकारी मान रहे हैं कि अमेरिका पाकिस्तान को मजबूत करने की बजाए ऐसे काम कर रहा है जिससे इस इस्लामी मुल्क के टुकड़े-टुकड़े हो जाएं।रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, ज्यादातर पाकिस्तानी मानते हैं कि अमेरिका पाकिस्तान को तोड़ने की साजिश में लगा हुआ है।

रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि भारत और अफगानिस्तान के बीच रणनीतिक संबंध बन चुके हैं, जो पाकिस्तान के लिए बड़ा खतरा हैं लेकिन अमेरिकी सरकार इसे रोकने के लिए कुछ नहीं कर रही है।

‘भारत पाकिस्तान को बंजर बना देगा’

रिपोर्ट में पाकिस्तानी सेना के जनरल (सेवानिवृत्त) तलत मसूद के हवाले से कहा गया है कि पाकिस्तान अफगानिस्तान में भारत की मौजूदगी से खफा है और इसे रोकने के लिए अमेरिका का हस्तक्षेप चाहता है, लेकिन अमेरिका ने इस पर आंखे मूंद रखी है।

उधर पाकिस्तान में कबायली इलाकों में हो रहे अमेरिकी हमले भी आग में घी का काम कर रहे हैं।

पाकिस्तान के कबायली इलाकों में पाकिस्तान की सिविल हुकूमत और अमेरिका के खिलाफ गुस्सा बढ़ता जा रहा है।

पाकिस्तानी विशेषज्ञ मानते हैं कि आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई में केवल अमेरिका को फायदा हो रहा है और पाकिस्तान का तो महज इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है।

अमेरिकी हमले असहनीय: पाक प्रधानमंत्री

‘द न्यूयॉर्क टाइम्स’ के अनुसार पाकिस्तान, भारत-अमेरिकी परमाणु समझौते को लेकर भी असहज है। इस समझौते से साबित होता है कि भारत और अमेरिका के बीच रिश्ते तेजी से मजबूत होते जा रहे हैं।
साथ ही पाकिस्तान, अफगानिस्तान में भारतीय निवेश को लेकर भी परेशानी महसूस कर रहा है। उल्लेखनीय है कि भारत ने अफगानिस्तान की सेना को प्रशिक्षण देने की पेशकश है। इसके अलावा भारत ने अफगानिस्तान की राजधानी काबुल में अफगानी संसद भवन के निर्माण के लिए 950 करोड़ रुपए की भारी-भरकम रकम देने का भी एलान किया है।

अखबार ने विशेष रूप से ईरान के चबाहार बंदरगाह का भी उल्लेख किया है। गौरतलब है कि भारत, पाकिस्तान की सीमा से सटे ईरानी तटीय शहर चबाहार में बंदरगाह का निर्माण कर रहा है और भारतीय सीमा संगठन चबाहार से अफगानिस्तान के दिलाराम तक सड़क निर्माण में लगा है।इस सड़क के अफगानी हिस्से को बनाने के लिए अमेरिका ने वित्तीय मदद दी है।

पाकिस्तान की चिंता का कारण यह है कि इससे भारत को अफगानिस्तान होते हुए ईरान तक का सीधा रास्ता मिल जाएगा और उसकी पूरी उत्तरी सीमा असुरक्षित हो जाएगी।

हालांकि भारत का दावा है कि इससे उसका ईरान के साथ कच्चे तेल और गैस का व्यापार सुगम हो जाएगा।

Pakistan ‘is going to break up in the years to come and everyone who can, should pack up their bags and leave’, celebrated columnist and writer Ardeshir Cowasjee has advised.

‘Pack up and leave if you can. There’s no hope for this country. Jinnah said, ‘Each successive government in this country would be worse than the previous one’, and his prediction is coming true,’ Cowasjee said Friday at a get-together in Karachi.

‘In the very first article that I wrote after the entire judicial crisis started in March, I told Musharraf: ‘A good soldier always knows when to retreat.’ Retreat, damn you, the time has come!’

Cowasjee, a Parsi (Zoroastrian), from a renowned family of shipbuilders and businessmen, is among the few families practising that faith who chose to remain in Pakistan after India’s partition in 1947.




Disapproving of his candour, Daily Times said: ‘A major portion of Cowasjee’s conversation was peppered with remarks about religion that seemed a little out of place, especially as the audience had mostly turned up to hear him talk about Old Karachi.

‘His tirade was weak in argument, disappointing for a columnist who has championed the cause of justice over the years. It was also disappointing to hear him comment on people’s religious practices,’ the newspaper said

Who cares if Pakistan breaks up? If they do, then we will have three more states to handle separately vis-a-vis Kashmir and terrorism attacks in India by Pakistani trained terrorists.

Unlike Bangladesh the break up States should also be mass converted to any religion such as Christianity/Buddhism/Hinduism which is the choice of residents,then only there could be permanent peace in world. Russia was doing the correct thing to convert them to pure Communist state. But ISI fooled USA to act stupid. Consequences are for every one to see.
The region is a serious danger for whole world.

Political breakup is not enough as these regions are poor and will always be cannon fodder for scruplous Arabs for their political ambitions on name of religion. We should stop thinking it in terms of India-Pakistan issue or India having ante over Pakistan.It is a global problem.
