Should India play Pakistan or not?

An Asian Cricket Council delegation is to visit Delhi next week in a bid to persuade the Indian government to re-think its decision to call off the national team's proposed tour to Pakistan.
The three-man delegation will be headed by Saber Hossain Chowdhury, president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
They plan talks with Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh and Sports and Youth Minister Uma Bharati.
"The Indian government took the decision in its own perspective, but our responsibility is to make them understand about the future of Asian cricket and its development around the region," said Chowdhury.
India's cricketers have not played a full Test series in Pakistan for 11 years.
They were scheduled to play three Test matches and five one-day internationals during the tour.
But relations between the two governments have been poor since last year's conflict in the disputed region of Kashmir and India also pulled out of the Sahara Cup one-day series, which was due to take place in Canada in September.
Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Tauqir Zia said, however, that he was "70 per cent" confident that the ACC initiative could save the tour.
Should India refuse to reinstate the tour, Bangladesh has already offered Pakistan the alternative of home and away Test series.
Bangladesh is keen to increase the experience of its players following defeat by India in their inaugural Test match
