Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

TAKING A leaf out of its Jai Sri Ram days, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) wants to raise the Vande Mataram row to a new level. The Hindutva outfit now plans to greet people with Vande Mataram rather than the customary ‘namste’ or ‘hello’.

Bereft of issues for quite some time, the VHP seems desperate not to let the Vande Mataram row settle down fast. The VHP city unit, as part of its year-long programme, has decided to celebrate the Vande Mataram centenary year by convincing people to say Vande Mataram instead of hello or Jai Sri Ram.

Besides, softening its stand the VHP today said it would not pressurise Muslims to sing the National Song. The outfit, however, wants the Centre to make the singing of Vande Mataram compulsory. The VHP also contested the stand of Muslim clerics that singing Vande Matram was anti-Islam. They said if they could bow before mausoleums, then why not the Bharat Mata.

VHP provincial secretary and coordinator of the Vande Mataram cetenary programme Awadh Bihari Misra said Union HRD Minister Arjun Singh’s shifting stand on the issue had led to the unwanted controversy. Misra branded those opposed to the singing of Vande Mataram as anti-nationals.

Giving details about its September 7 programme, Misra said efforts were being made to ensure that Vande Mataram was sung on that day at the court compound, industrial houses, markets and educational institutes, etc.

He said students of few selected schools and colleges would form a human chain on that day from the Murrey Company Bridge to Chunniganj and sing the National Song. VHP and Bajrang Dal activists would take out a Vande Mataram awareness procession along the same route.

The VHP also requested colleges and schools to ensure that students sang Vande Mataram outside the college campus

Appreciate your sentiments though am hesitant to share your enthusiasm toward Sikh community being the leaders of Hindus.

Well ... how do I put it so as not to shock your wits ... I better copy/paste just to be sure ... you hate me too much as it is ... so here goes copy/paste:

After the objections raised by a section of the Muslim community, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee has asked Sikhs not to sing the national song Vande Mataram on its centenary on Thursday.

" Vande Mataram will not be sung in SGPC-run schools. It's a conspiracy to extend communalism thoughout the nation," SGPC chief Avtar Singh Makkar said on Wednesday. Most SGPC-run schools are government-aided.

The Sikh Community in the country had been asked not to sing the national song, "as it only spreads a particular religion and does not fulfill the aspirations of minorities, including Sikhs, Muslims and Christians," Makkar said.

.

Copy/paste phinish.

Re: Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

I saw in the news this morning, on Aaj Tak:
The Kaanger-ass party had celebratin of Vande-Matram at their office or some place, kaaryakarta's sung along with some leaders, but......Guess what?

Neither the Bitch nor the Rubberstamp Paghdi was there to celebrate.
They both stayed away for "different" reasons.
That son of a bitch Ahmed Patel said, So what? They were not invited to this celebration so they did not come..
What...the...fuck?
Top brass of the party were not invited for some celebrations carried out by party?

I think BJP this time got something stronger weapon. I hope they use it wisely.

PS: I could not find a link to this news on the web, so the MOD's wishing for the link can delete this post.

Re: Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

Its not too difficult to understand.

Sikhs see that there is more incentive to pass off as MINORITY community in India and not be integrated into the country's majority because in modern India, being a MINORITY is like hitting jackpot.

You can get movies banned, attempt to destroy the dominant culture & kill people indiscriminately.... anything goes in India due to the shameless self-effacing, self-loathing perspective of Hindus in the pretext of 'CHALTA HAI' attitude.

Hindus are just a bunch of weak pus.sies who'll take anything laying low.
Sikhs have probably realized it and moved on to ally with MUSLIMS and CHRISTIANS, who are more organized.

Weak are shunned by one and all, afterall... Hindus rely on their stupid illiterates, casteists and communists to lead them and have no sense of community anyway. They will be, of course, shunned by everyone around the world.

Re: Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

Doesnt it bother you that we've to FIGHT SOOO MUCH just for our own National Song ?

And merely singing it is seen as some wierd opposition to the "MAN" (the politically correct communist-islamo-christian nexus).

And you say situation in India is NOT bad ?

Re: Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

Why does something so simple as singing the National Song become such a big debate?

When Americans talk about secularism, they talk about 'tolerating' other religion. But that doesn't really mean that they consider any other religion to be on par with christianity. It does not mean all religions are equal. Islamic countries dont even make an attempt to tolerate any religion!!

Hindus, on the other hand, say all religions are equal!! Why?? Why don't we consider ourselves as superior? WHY SHOULD WE SAY ALL RELIGIONS ARE EQUAL??

Re: Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

You've to look DEEPER mate at some very important truths.

#1 Christianity is inherently based on the premise of WHITE SUPERMACISM

#2 Islam is inherently based on the premise of ARAB SUPREMACISM

Race and Religion are inter-related.

All muslims are supposed to bow down to the Arabs.

All christians have to inherently acknowledge the theory behind superiority of whites.

Thats what drives these people. The betterment of their kind and a sense of "community".

Stupid Indians who convert to either of these religions thinking they'll be accepted by either ARABS or WHITEs as their own are just living in their own self-delusional world. While Indian immigrant labor in Arab countries are exploited and brutalized in the Arab world, even Indian Christians are shunned as MACACAs or sandnig.gers in the Christian/white world.

The Chinese have their own brand of HAN SUPREMACISM and they mask it with the so-called COMMUNISM.

The Japanese have an immense sense of racial pride and cleverly mask it under "preservation of our ancient culture".

Some of us are so stupid to believe in ARYAN INVASION THEORIES and other ridiculous communist crap.... and willingly believe in the lies of colonialists and euro-racist scholars that we are all mixed-breed mongrel race rather than the noble Indic people who founded the Vedic Civilization....

Its just a civilizational struggle mate..

Its only enlightened people who can even form the notion of a "sense of community".

Thats why Hindus are stupid and sometimes I think, we deserve to be exterminated.... which could very well happen if things go the way they are going.

I think Hinduism has already been exterminated!! The essence or ethos of the religion is gone. Nobody has a clear idea of what it means to be a Hindu anymore. Spiritual leaders are few and far between.

What we have today is prostitution of Hinduism! Hinduism has become HUGELY profitable business model (and not in a good way).

A few years back, I took a trip to Dwarka. I was shocked to see how Pujaris and Brahmins were pushing and jostling against each other to 'perform Puja services' for me. They were peddling it as though it were a fish market. I was literally shooing them away!

In every city, you find temples, mosques erected right in the middle of the road. No civic administrator can dare raze these structures. The public has to silently suffer these atrocious practices.

Anything goes in the name of hinduism. We worship rats, monkeys, cows? Where is the precedent? Harshad mata, Jagdamba - who the fkuc are these characters and why do I need to believe in these unknown gods?? Why are all these voodoo-like practices being enforced in the name of religion - astrology, palmistry, vagera vagera!!?? There is too much baggage in the name of Hinduism!!

Anyone can put on a saffron cloak, say a few mantras in Sanskrit and call himself a spiritual leader. If you can develop the art of public speaking you can dupe the crazy Indian masses into doing anything. Chandraswami, Satya Saibaba, Maharshi, 4(Sri) Ravishankar etc etc – all multimillionaires (maybe billionaires) who built their empires on the basis of religion and living life tax free!!

It’s easy making money in India in the name of religion. Setup a temple and do periodic bhajans, kirtans, whatever. People flock into the temples and surrender their lifesavings over. We are like sacrificial lambs that take pride in getting slaughtered.

Taking a fanatic stance on religion will neither solve India’s problems nor provide any individual spiritual gratification. The West, Japan and now China are rich and prosperous due to good economic policies, law enforcement and a creative and hard-working population.

Indians are creative and hard-working everywhere else, except in India. Our decrepit political system needs a complete overhaul and we need to re-establish the rule of law. Only then, will we be back on the path to recovery.

Re: Say Vande Mataram, not Salaam/hello

I'm doing a PhD allright but in a technical field not in religions/races.

Most of my political ideas are just too controversial for me to ever be accepted in any university in India or USA.

I tried getting them published in mainstream press, but no one wants to do so, due to obvious reasons.

=======

To stage a Communist/Islamic revolution - you need ideologically brainwashed youth and guns.

To stage a fascistic revolution - you need lots of money and a few good men.
