forecsting in excel?
is there a forecasting method which is really accurate that would tell u future answers like if we spend this much on advertising then sales would be x amount etc.
i know one method where you work out the regression line on scatter diagram but in a magazine, there was a topic on forecasting and i think they used another method so please help me?

the forecasting method is only as accurate as your model....and you have to develop the model ...in Excel...or use PHSTAT2 or Minitab.
