forecsting in excel?
is there a forecasting method which is really accurate that would tell u future answers like if we spend this much on advertising then sales would be x amount etc.
i know one method where you work out the regression line on scatter diagram but in a magazine, there was a topic on forecasting and i think they used another method so please help me? |

the forecasting method is only as accurate as your model....and you have to develop the model ...in Excel...or use PHSTAT2 or Minitab.
