Dear All,

Thanks all for the encouraging and informative response to the posts.

Thanks is majorly due to DHURANDHAR without whom understanding what photography is all about would not have been easy for me.

Thanks also to those who utilised this post to discuss not only photography, but all others fields of education on this earth too.

I wish e-charcha a very sound, safe and long lasting stay on the net and you should try and make DHURANDHAR one among the moderators coz without him you people are really missing somebody in the board.

And yes to those who may feel, that AM leaving allow me to update that I am NOT leaving but looking for an opputunity when you make a seperate module for CHAT (TRUST MY WORDS YOU SERIOUSLY NEED IT) so that e-charchans do not have the need to discuss themselves at alien threads. And there are only those who actually like or are interested in a thread stay to contribute (critics too) to the thread.

Thanks & Best Regards to all,

Glad that they inspire you. But inspire you for what ?

  2. Become a good sharp shooter
  3. Become a good photographer
  4. Become better in recognizing fruits and vegetables
  5. Become good at receiving comments

nothing marvellous about it...unless you are studying penetration/impact dynamics with applications to simulating destruction of incoming warhead..with ultimate objective of formulating initial conditions for simulation of the dispersion of incoming missile contents

I remember few decades back pictures like catching the deformation of a baseball when it made contact with the batton was like 1 in million kind of photo and could only be captured in lab conditions with sophisticated cameras. We have one such photo in Resnick and Halliday physics.

Very nice photos keep em coming

I don't know how exactly bullet passes and to what extent it damage the surrounding...

With regard to first picture I was surprised to see soft /juicy textured Tomato stays intact...bullet just makes tunnel type passing leaving entire tomato intact.

But immediately in the next picture it makes big splash of apple ( or whatever it is) all over....

Still they are good shots.....

For those who have, just realize that initial conditions are required to solve differential equations (ordinary and/or partial) the solution to which, describes sequence of events related to physical phenomena

to be a good plumber you need deep knowledge of fluid dynamics...so have been teaching myself graduate level fluid dynamics and using it towards my trade

as I see it, for any graduate level course, differential equations pop up everywhere
