ﻚﺮﺎﺑﻣ ﻦﺎﺿﻣﺮ
is most commonly used but not the only way of greeting Ramadan. There are other less commonly used expressions. like,

ﻢﻜﻨﻣ ﻭ ﺎﻨﻣ ﷲ ﻞﺑﻘﺗ
Taqab-ba-lallah min-na wa minkum. or Taqab-ba-lallah in short.
May Allah accept from you and from us (good deeds).

Imam Ahmed bin Hamble used to great people on EID with this. Some Arabs try to adhere strictly with the words mentioned in Ahadits. Another expression that is part of a longer hadit is

ﻚﺮﺎﺑﻣ ﺮﻬﺷ
Sharun Mubarakun
Blessed Month

Here is an article on an Arabic web site which has "Ramadan Mubarak" in its title.
Title itself means "How to greet blessed month of Ramadan".
