Should Men Learn To Cook ?

Though it is true that World's best chef are men, they normally keep stay off from kitchen, specially in India.Traditionally, the woman in a family cooks. But now, its fashionable to know how to cook, whether you're a man or a woman.

How many of you love to cook and help the other family member in the kitchen ?

Re: Should Men Learn To Cook ?

Yes ofcourse not every girl can cook. I can do almost all of the household chores like doing dishes, mopping, cleaning, laundry ... Sab maids wale kaam aate hain mujhe. Cooking main thori problem hai waise aur baking to bilkul nahi aati. Mujhe to ek gharelo larke se shaaadi karni hai IA.

Ofcourse, he is going to help afterall is he is the culprit

On a serious note, yes, I like to cook but only the things that interest me or where I can do something creative.

Yes, normally when I return from my morning walk, I find everyone still sleeping. So I make my own tea without disturbing anyone. I have learned cooking when I had to stay alone from my family for about two years.

I used to help my wife but after arrival of my daughter in laws, my presence is minimum in the kitchen.

My cooking experience also helps me when I am abroad. Being a pure veterinarian it is so difficult to get veg food in foreign countries (even if you get in some of the Indian restaurants, it is costly and tasteless) . So I cook my own.

My favorite is Veg Biryani, Dum Aaloo and Shahi Paneer. I cook them better than my wife and Daughter in laws

So you know how to cook. You find very few houses where a husband is cook and wife sits on the sofa enjoying the movies and serials.

She must be right. Because a man can only cook .. and rest is left to the woman ....

Please post the recipes! I would love to try these out, I will try these this weekend itself if you post the recipe. When we are at the cottage once in a while, you will find me sitting in front of the TV or reading a book while he is cooking, sweet of him eh? And yes, he sure can cook better than me. My dad makes out-of-the-world scrambled eggs and pancakes!

Cool Re: Should Men Learn To Cook ?

Either learn cooking or be obedient/coward/weak husband & listen her bla-bla....choice is yours.

A good male cook never listen his wife & finds mistakes in her dishes.........A common big problem for wives.

It is well known that modern gals model 1980 & onwards do not know cooking.

Re: Should Men Learn To Cook ?

I am not very good at it, can make only something which one can eat only when he/she is damn hungry.

My dadi never allowed me inside kitchen saying this is not boy's place , and like anyone does in my family, I agreed to the don
