Cool Jeans with buttons instead of zipper

Why does Jeans for Men have buttons instead of zippers...?

They seemed so perfect until i found out they have these annoying buttons, which are hard to open for if u really need to go. Does anyone know the purpose of the buttons? instead of zippers?

Consider making this modification to any jeans with a broken zipper.

Re: Jeans with buttons instead of zipper

Maybe it is because Buttons were around even before the zippers - Hence back to basics.
Bought a couple of them of late. I make fewer visits to the loo, and do not try to use these like a zipper (open the top button and the next 2 like shown in the pic). After a couple of days, you actually get used to it.

You can much better itching experience in jeans with buttons. You can slide your fingers between the buttons and get a real hands-on feel on your groin. With zipper, it's mostly superficial....unless you unzip. But then the zipper metal is abrasive and hurts the fingers and knuckles.
