![]() I personally like gravy with reddish golden oil floating on the top. That would have happened, had you left this dish to simmer for few minutes more. Makes gravy very appealing to the eyes and adds to the rich taste. Needless to add, yours is home cooking and can be eaten daily without any digestion issues. Restaurant dishes with oil can but only be enjoyed once or twice a week. I do get fed up with Indian restaurant food after a while.

I was going to post this recipe, decide to check if we had one already and dang
![]() some differences.. I marinated the chicken for 4-5 hours, didn't use any green chillies, used a few red ones and some red chilli powder.. and about 2 tablespoons of vinegar as recommended on the masala box. I should have clicked a picture may be next time. |
