Curd in a clay pot
It is commonly done in North India and makes sure that the curd is more dense.
Has anybody here tried it at home (in any part of the world). There are clay pots available in umrika for plants. Has anyone tried using them for Yogurt?

Re: Curd in a clay pot
On a different note, I heard that if you want to make curds and don't have the starter curd (the small amount saved from the previous curds), then you can do it by using green chilli. Has anyone heard about this ?
