talk about improvization. there is no such thing as non-veg samosas. samosas are only vegetarian.

if you go to any Bangladeshi restaurant and order samosa , you will get the mutton filled ones . The name for veggie samosas are different and one that I don't remember now .

Samosa is a Northen Iran/Central Asian snack and traditionally used to be filled with meat. It was transformed into a veggie snack by Hindus.
