The question whether the color I see is the same as yours is a major philosophical topic. The logic goes this way.

Is the color of red in your consciousness the same color as the color of red in mine? Can you explain color to a man blind from birth?

Can you tell him or explain to him how the color red or blue or yellow looks like?

This dilemma is called Inverse Spectrum. Look it up, I assure you it will be worth it.
