Kya Termi,mai naya hoo US me....waise ootna naya bhi nahi hoo lekin "itne saal" is not correct.
Actually Tuna does not look tasty at a glance so used to stay away from it.Anyways now when I have tasted it,expect more and more of consumption.

Today I had lot to eat....all yesterday's leftover. Pomphret fry, asperagus fry ( in regular "paratleli bhaji style", Mutton kofta curry, Dal vada , rice , chapati ,Sambhar and at end --- Shrikhand . Eating alone in afternoon is boring specially when you have variety to eat. I just took chapati and asperagus fry and little Shrikhand.

Do you eat Asperagus ? Give it a try - it is just delicious vegetable. I recently started to eat it ....cause never thought it will be so tasty.

Yes Loveti pai, sem sem question as Termi pai's. I have tried asparagus and did not like the raw taste. Can you cook it or fry it or bake it with spices and all? If so, please can you provide some dhaasu recipe?

Yes little extra menu for Valentine....

You can cook just like Indian way ---- Fry little onion , add curry leaf and green chilli,half teaspoon jeera , cut Asparagus very thin in disc shape and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Lastly garnish with fresh coconut and cilantro. Use only tender bunch of asparagus and cut away last half inch piece. Cook it real soon you will love it.....
