Netflix movies worth watching

Here's my list of movies that are worth watching.

- IP Man (good martial arts movie)
- Skyfall
- Traffic
- Ghanchakar (haven't seen it yet)
- Ring

That's all I can think for now.

Skyfall - does not come up to expectations... you can drop it from your list and wait for the next JB movie.

Traffic - Decent movie... if you like this type. Multiple stories with no connection... or forced connections...

Ring - Good movie... but I got equally scared watching Click.

Re: Netflix movies worth watching

I have a unending list of movies to watch... last count was at 8572 movies... and increasing. I have no time to watch at all... need to cancel all cable and everything... waste of time, I say.

Well done. Cable is also a waste of money.

I cancelled cable long back. The kids watch the stuff streamed from Netflix, Amazon or youtube. I actually took an antenna recently to catch up on whats happening near me. There 20+ channels in apna gaon.

Re: Netflix movies worth watching

Another series i enjoyed watching on Netflix is "Stranger Things" if you are a fan off fringe/xfiles type of stories this should definitely appeal. Season 1 is on currently and is pretty cool.

Re: Netflix movies worth watching

recent views -

1. Mercenaries

Short, cheeky, low budget movie. so liked it. wanted to check out Brigitte Nielsen, but she looks more like Bruce Willis with hair. But Kristanna Loken is worth watching if you like the girl in front in the poster. In case you like girls kicking butts, you would like it. Never mind that Kazakhstan is full of GMCs and Dodges in the movie.

2. 'Micky Virus' - If you see half of it, it looks interesting, but after seeing the whole movie, my verdict was, "Jhand movie", to use the Delhi terminology used in the movie.
I read about it in wiki after i saw the movie and found it hilarious that some actually had a concern that all the hacking scenes could inspire real life cyber crimes.
Basically, it tries to be an a grade movie, but is no more than a b grade movie with a ridiculous suspense. Onbly thing worth watching is the lady who features on the cover in Netflix.

Peacepai, have you seen the movie? i have a feeling you will like it!

Re: Netflix movies worth watching

If you can then try watching both Sharknado movies. Suffice it to say that I am looking forward to Sharknado 3, which if you go by the two movies, should be released this year. This is a low-budget, bad-acting, worse-directed, totally artificial F/X movie... that is hilarious to watch because everybody is thinking they are acting in a serious big-budget calamity-action movie... including the multitude of sharks.

These movies should actually go into Badrispaprad's badly-made cult-hit movies thread.

Re: Netflix movies worth watching

Watched "Coming to America" after a long time yesterday. Pretty decent movie, basically to showcase Eddie Murphy and with some humour.

Watched "ledge" some time back. A "Hat Ke" movie. Moves slowly, but gets somewhat interesting at the end. i took almost half an year to finish it. Not sure, if it is still on.

...
I have absolutely wonderful sensational news... heard on the radio that they are working on Sharknado 3, to be released later this year. And this time the sharks rain on a Disney park

Just a note, these movies are completely family friendly, if the family likes slicing and dicing and bloody sharks... and the third one, with Disney in picture, should be no different. Enjoy with your whole family

I actually unleashed it on my Bachcha log and had some glimpses in between. The funny part was in one scene where a guy is shooting sharks floating in air, 4 year old junior speaks out "Thats not the way to kill Sharks" leaving me
