Re: Heart Warming Desi Stories

This reminds me of all the heart warming stories we used to write in our "Work experience" journal.

"Today, I helped a blind man cross the road."

I actually did help a blind man cross the road once. It was at an intersection in a quiet neighborhood and nobody was around. It felt really good to hold his shaking hands and navigate him to the other side of the road. It felt like it was the noble thing to do, especially after I hit him with my car.

And you were cursing yourself making the blind man believe you were a bystander offering help not the driver of the car that hit him.

No, he didn't say much and I didn't say anything either. I just picked him up gently off the ground, walked him across the road, and laid him down by the curb in a super comfortable spot. He seemed to be smiling all the time.

its definitely debatable whether this is definitely debatable.

I mean are you trying to debate whether it is debatable or whether it is definitely debatable.

why because, its laws of physics that establish the friction and the direction of the effective force which conclude that pulling a heavy object is better than pushing it in the circumstances described.

What is debatable is the serendipity of the situation. Did it happen as described by the do-gooder... or is the do-gooder playing a mean callous role just for the narration and topic of the tread

Re: Heart Warming Desi Stories

but... lekin... bole to.... do-gooder is not do-gooder if do-gooder is mean or callous.

can be debatable if do-gooder is playing or not. true.

and
and... and if do-gooder is not doo-gooder and is mean, callous, then it is no serendipity, it is zemblanity. perhaps the debate is whether it is serendipity or zemblanity.

what is the tread about again?

debatable... you mean to say the posts?

I saw the movie Rangoon the other day. There are so many desi episodes which are not dramatised enough... or if they are, they are presented badly.
