Re: Movies on Youtube/Yuppflix
![]() Mard Plot - Usual Manmohan Desai stuff Big B is separated from his Mom (Who else but Nirupa Roy) and Dad (Dara Singh, the original Mard) and after loads of action, comedy and drama reunites with them. One thing is that there is no lost brother in this. What to expect - Goes great with daaru and beer. * Great scenes like Dara Singh managing to hold back a plane, holding on his own against 4 horses * Big B doing action and comedy besides Romancing another Mard, Amrita Singh. Her performance is good though * Villains having names from British Raj - Curson, General Dyer and Simon. Bob Christo is the only Firang though. Other Britishers are played by Kamal Kapoor, etc. * Heavy Kader Khan dialogs. * First wife of Mithun Da playing a good Angrez woman (reminded me of good Pakistanis in 'The Hero-Love story of a spy'. * Assortment of henchmen like Goga Kapoor, Manek Irani and Dan Dhanoa * It actually calls on Gandhi once, but does a maa behn of Gandhigiri.

Here is the movie
My Family is not around, so watched it. And it is a classic. Maza Aa gaya. The credits in IMDB just reflect the writer. If he is the one who has written screenplay and dialogues, he should have got an award. the whole dialogue is like a long poetry. As per wiki, the imdb rating was 8.3. It seems to have fallen down when some addicted to Rahul tina movies happened to watch this. The 'most helpful review' from imdb pasted below. Two words to describe it.. awesome and hearth robbing. This movie led to the development of Mithunda Fan Club at IIT Kharagpur. What brilliant action and tremendous screenplay !!(including random but dazzling background change). This is sure to lure out the best of Newtonian scientists out from their grave to reanalyze the natural laws which they had flawed. This movie depicts how common men can reach heights of wealth (like Mithun, who is a common dock worker, and his sister wearing fancy micro-skirts and mini tops to a college located in the mountainous terrains and Jungles). This movie also generates the option of creating an Indian video game on the likes of serious Sam, but the only changes will be auto loading Rocket launchers (whose 1 fire can cause 5 blasts) taken out from the Dickie of a Maruti Esteem and randomly fired at 1000s of random moving Auto-Rickshaws, but the obvious random factor coming into play and no rocket can hit its target. Coupled with this, enormous number of AK4x's firing enormous number of red bullets. This movie has everything: from Rape of the Century to The War of the Century. With amazing and absorbing story, brilliant direction, amazing dialogs (DI-a-LOGUES in real meaning), godly cast, and tremendous Mithun ACtion, Its a must watch for every movie fan out thr !!!!! The next one is - ![]()

The movie has a lasting effect. even today, the character name 'Lambu aata' was constantly echoing in subconscious.

Re: Movies on Youtube/Yuppflix
Tehelka... the movie that has "Dong kabhie wrong nahi hota". Wide star cast... bad acting and scenes all around... lots of floosies... well, not exactly. All women seem to be serious military gals or spies... no floosies at all. But the story and suspense is pretty neat... if only it had good direction and photography.

But, the next movie which youtube showed me is of interest. ![]() Shagird is an over the top version of Ab Tak Chappan which starts as AT56, but moves to conspiracy theories Shruti's style (who now goes as ramesh Suresh). But all the mafia, politics and encounters draw me to this. Could not finish this. Seeing this again in Yuppflix.
