Re: So, what's up?

Just saw Trump's press conference (along with the PM of Sweden)

Trump was very clear when faced with questions about the tariff hike on steel, aluminum etc. "Trade war hurts them, not us"

Hundreds of thousands .. Lenin of course seems a dwarf compared to Stalin but Ive read that his Bolsheviks systematically killed about 200K clergymen.

I don't think Lenin ideology was to remain in power by whatever means. Stalin wanted to be in power at any cost. There is a huge difference.

Chandrababu Naidu takes TDP out of NDA govt over special status for Andhra

They will continue to be a part of the NDA for the time being. So, no threat to the government at present, just blackmail

AP is a big delta region and farmers grow three crops a year. Corrupt ass CBN does not want to do hard work and wants rest of India to pay for his corruption.

Even most non-Andhra Indians on H-1B visas in US are having to pay for the Gult corruption of fake resumes. If you remove the gults, then me and others would get Green Cards in no time.

He used to be your DP and the basis for your screen name.
He got Microsoft, ISB, etc. to Hyderabad with tons of Jobs and thats gone now to Telangana.

All this drama is to prevent Jagan from hogging this special status issue. If you read replies to Babu's tweets, 2014 onwards, all the replies (probably from YSR and COng supprters) centered around special status.

His magic is still on. Modi and him are still a hit combo for development. They will sort out something before 2019 elections. Only if the govt employees and school teachers who are tortured by his various schemes do not turn things around like in 2004.

The drama continues. Maybe CBI is trying to save its face.

Aarushi-Hemraj murder case: CBI moves SC to challenge acquittal of Talwar couple

TIMESOFINDIA.COM | Mar 8, 2018, 08.32 PM IST

NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today moved the Supreme Court challenging an earlier decision by the Allahabad HC to acquit Talwar couple in the 2008 Aarushi-Hemraj murder case.

The Allahabad high court had on October 12 last year acquitted Rajesh and Nupur Talwar+ in the murder of their teenage daughter Aarushi and their domestic help Hemraj in 2008, saying they could not be held guilty on the basis of the evidence on record.

The HC's verdict ended the nine-year-long ordeal of the victim's parents who were found guilty by a CBI court for murdering Aarushi and Hemraj.

In December last year, the wife of victim Hemraj had challenged the HC's verdict+ in Supreme Court.

Challenging the verdict, Hemraj's wife contended that the high court order meant that no one killed the two in 2008 and sought that the guilty must be punished.

Her petition had said it was the primary responsibility of the government and authorities to ensure that the culprit was brought to book as society would not be secure if no one was punished.

On November 25, 2013, the special CBI court in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad had found the Talwars guilty of murdering Aarushi and Hemraj and were sentenced to life in prison a day after the verdict.
