Working in coal mines and all that. For a Congress politician to be clean? It will take a great deal more persuasion than comparison with Pratibha Patil.

Try again.

Atrocious.... Does Indian PM requires self promotion? Indeed, the art of propaganda at its best.

Re: Barack Obama congratulates Narendra Modi on phone, invites him to US

An Indian dog accidently entered Rashtrapati bhawan when Obama was present there.
Bichare ko usi time pakad k deport kr dia. bichara soch rha hoga uske American sathiyon ko itni izzat kyu!!

kal se news dekh raha . kutte to nazar nahi aaye kahin . indian hi security dete nazar aa rage

aur America apne president ki security k liye concerned hai to nothing wrong in it

Tight security at Rashtrapati Bhavan breached by a stray dog

Jan 25,2015

A stray dog enters Rahtrapati Bhavan during Guard of Honour despite tight
security.Later captured and taken
away by NDMC.

USA sends Dogs prior to Obama's visit .. !
Indians send Dog into the Rashtrapati Bhawan to greet the USA President. !

Classic !

On the lighter side, I got this joke on my WhatsApp -

One fine morning Modi ji received a special call. It was a threat that some terror outfit is going to attack on the Republic Day Rally on 26-Jan. Having received This alert increase in Security Budget was inevitable. This also might lead to increase in Defense budget.
Being hard core Gujarati, He decided not to invest so much in the Security + Defense budget.
He rather invited Obama for the event. Now all the security is handled by America.

Happy Republic day

If an illustration could speak a thousand words! Not so much as to meet or shake hands, more to welcome an honored guest of Prime Minister Modi Jee. I like this pic. Rich or poor, you live in India or an NRI, dream of a prosperous and respected India is shared equally by all.

The parade was awesome, loved it. But Mr. Modi did have a major fashion faux pas.

Aashika you call it faux pas .. some call it narcissistic tendencies. I guess everybody is a bit vain, some are more expressive and some are less.

Everybody notices different things, some noticed his unclipped finger nails during the election campaign last year. Some noticed this written on his suit. To each his own.

You didn't like it? Another masterstroke, I thought. You have never bought or read a fashion magazine with pics of rich and famous and their lifestyle? Be honest.

There is a huge segment of Indian voters who will find this fascinating. Rich or poor, millions of Indians buy film magazines, visit news websites, not for news, not for news. To admire with envy life style of film stars and other celebrities.
