Melted Butter: 1/3 cup
Salt: a small pinch
Baking Soda: 1 tsp

You could try substituting egg with Applesauce Pratiksha. Use a little over 1/4 cup.
Edit: I have never tried it though.

i wasnt implying that. Since banana bread never comes out good for me, i was wondering if i can hope for the result in the amazing pic.

You will sure get it well this time Dolly. Another simple trick is, after 50 minutes, remove the loaf pan from the oven and insert a tooth pick in the center. If it comes out clean, it is done.

You can bake exactly for 1 hour if you have 350 D F setting in your oven.

Hmm. Looks like I will be experimenting. Will try it though. I guess eggs are usually used as binding agents. Will try to substitute it with some other veg binding agent.

It depends on what you are baking. If you are baking a cake, you use egg to make it soft and fluffy, if you are baking cookies, you use egg for moisture. So, for banana bread, your best bet would be apple sauce.
