Let me expand. Modi is Home Minister cum defence minister plus foreign affairs minister cum education minister plus a lot more. In case you watched his UN Address, Sush was reduced to clapping for Modi (compare with ABV who gave first Hindi speech in UN when he was the foreign minister). So, whoever is the defence minister, on important matters, Modi will be the driver.

The only other minister i saw on the news speaking out was The MoS for Home Karen Riiju. i am not seeing much of him now.

The Anchors, leftists and Congress fellows are jumping over this report on Malnourishment declining in India, claiming that nanny state policies of UPA helped this. So, any good effects of policies mught take over 5 years to materialize

Do you see it as healthy sign of either BJP or democracy. As far as clapping is concerned. Modi is gujju and bulk of Indian Americans are Gujjus, ABV was statesman and he was from hindi heartland which might not be 10% of Indian diaspora.
In content. ABV speeches were of statesman Modi's is revolutionary and in effect both are right as per the times they are in.

Modi went to UN because PVN sent him, I don't foresee that Modi will send any Congress person like of Jayram Naresh to UN ever

Wrong. There have been umpteen threads including bunch from me about Gulti menace in US. There are plenty of South Indians , ( Gultis , Tamil, etc. ) here. Gujju population was true pre-1999 but since the IT boom it has been easier for south Indians to come here than gujjus.

Nothing to do with Modi being Gujju,

It seems to have been a bit late in the night for you. So, a couple of things.
As far as clapping is concerned - "Sush clapping" means Sushma Swaraj, once upon a time heard a lot, but in this visit, was only seen clapping for Modi. And she is from Haryana.

Modi went to UN because PVN sent him - I think you meant ABV. He also used to be accompanied by Farooq Abdullah. Now, PVN happens to be more popular among BJP supporters than Congress supporters! Arun Jaitley, Swamy, etc. sing praises of PVN while MSA, etc. avoid him as the one who failed to Protect Babri Masjid.
BTW, Omar Abdullah who also pitched in once, was the Foreign Minister of state in ABV govt (what else does my signature say!).

ABV himself was obsessed with Pakistan and react every time to Pak raising Kashmir like the one below -

Enraged Vajpayee tears up NAM script to lash Pakistan

Posted 24 Feb 2003, 7:00amMon 24 Feb 2003, 7:00am
Indian Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee tore up his prepared speech to the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) to launch a scathing attack on Pakistan, condemning President Pervez Musharraf for bringing up their bitter dispute over Kashmir.
Mr Vajpayee finished reading his address to the 116-nation forum but instead of stepping down from the rostrum, went into a diatribe against Mr Musharraf for referring to the "oppressed" people living in India's zone of Kashmir, divided between the nuclear-armed neighbours

full length video of Rajdeep Sardesai fight at MSG, New York.. its clear that he started the assault and then posted half the video and his sob story of how HE WAS attacked..

And then he got many of his journo friends to tweet, run stories in his support.

Have you watched couple of years old (something to do with Hindustan Times) video where this bastard and few of his media friends tried dirty to mock CM Narendra Modi?

Watch it to see for yourself ... why BJP and Modi ought to be grateful to traitors likes of Sardesai and his friends. Serious. These were the people who helped hone communication skills of Modi to help him reach current heights. Watch the video at YouTube. Don't be surprised if he gives credit to this particular event ... if and when someone somewhere writes his authorised biography. Modi wouldn't be where he is today if it wasn't for these people. The truth.

edit/add ... here ... an hour long but worth every moment. Or fast forward to 22.00 keeping in mind ... question were fixed and assigned to traitors friends among media.

Jeet was authorized by AAP to say that in online forums

Sadly for Kejri his speech is road side Delhi type (crude, crass) and implementation is just crap.
