Re: Netflix movies worth watching

Anothony Bourdain the 61-year-old American chef and TV host passed away, apparently he committed suicide. His show 'Parts Unknown', on Netflix .. a culinary journey was a good watch. I was struck by his genuine interest and mature humane outlook, unlike any travel shows I've seen before.

CNN lost a great show with him.

I saddens me to witness 2 really talented celebrities taking their lives (Kate Spade was the other one).

On the contrary, I found it educational. Witnessing young people in their lowest points in life is never easy. But it was not depressing at all. It gave me insight into a young mind and how vulnerable they can be. The signs of depression, boy friends (and girl friends), peer pressure, wanting to fit in etc I think it was raw.
A lot of people requested netflix to remove the last episode due to its violence. I really didnt think it was that bad. Having watched Hannibal recently, maybe it didnt affect me as much as it would affect someone else.
