I have had many strange women call me sweetheart... or sweetie... or darling... but I think I have to get a little bit more older to get that confidence to call girls the same way. I have started trying with little ones, calling them sweetie... cutie... cutie-pie... and all. Still have to progress to older ages... maybe in a few months' time. Will start slow though.

OK. Here's one that's fun ... I think. Joe Cocker — Leave Your Hat On. I first heard this song in the movie "Nine 1/2 Weeks," starring Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger. Basinger starts stripping, and Rourke is watching her grinning — or is it salivating? — like a boy who now has a new toy to play with.

Abey saaley, thread ka title padh. Classics... on what level is a fun song in the same class as a classic Please remove the video... or move it to a new thread where you can post 'fun' songs. This is for classics... songs that stir memories from past... or songs that raise your levels of depth.

Thank you. Thank you for your appreciation of my consideration and consideration of my appreciation. The Pink Floyd one is good but I usually like some lyrics in my songs (my personal issue here... nothing to do with the song posting) and this one brings them on in the 8th minute (much after most songs would have ended).

For some reason this is a personal favorite... maybe because of the story behind it... maybe because of the original video... don't know why exactly.

I don't remember having ever read any westerns (the books). I suppose that the music form called westerns and the genre of books called westerns are related. To me ... they remind me of the Wild Wild West and US expansion towards the Pacific (manifest destiny, that's what it was called, wasn't it?).

This song definitely has a western feel to it. You couldn't write a song like this titled "Boston" or "New York".

OK. That was my first ever Marty Robbins. And the second Eric Clapton I listened to after Wonderful Tonight. Tears In Heaven sounds weary, resigned, or is that sad?

And this Paul reminded me of the other Paul... and a plethora of his songs... mainly his album Graceland (and this is also because of my recent trip to the place). If there is any album that can be considered a classic then it is this one, Graceland. Beautiful songs all around... and those African rhythms... hmmmm, heaven.
