Lonely Planet?
It so lonely at my side. Wifey and Son both left for India for 3 months. Will be back by the first week of August.
I am not sure what to do? I mean I have a hectic schedule (meditation + workout) in the morning and then office, but when I return home, it feels so empty. Nothing to do, no-one waiting for me, everything seems irrelevant. Getting up in the morning seems very difficult ...it seems as if there is no need to get up ... no one is calling ... I dont know what you guys do, but I think my generosity is killing me ... a generous husband booking tickets for 3+ months for his family to be out without him ... I wish to register to some pottery/painting classes, the bay area has many groups that meetup for many things, but no urge to go anywhere. Previously when the family was with me, it felt as if because of them I couldnt go extra curricular ... but now they are gone and still I feel no interest in pursuing things that I wanted to do ... Not sure how I will handle 3 months ... It has just been 3 days since they left ... I have already re-arranged my apartment so many times :-)

Re: Lonely Planet?
JeetBhau, you are so right ... as the days are passing I am getting accustomed to my loneliness ... in fact at times I have felt that I have always been lonely ...

Re: Lonely Planet?
Amtha, what do you do? You were in this situation some time back, if I remember correctly ... after all the partying is done, how do you get around to your loneliness ...

Re: Lonely Planet?
landya bhau every one has been in this situation of loneliness at some point or the other - not necessarily exactly the same - but lonely.
everyone does it differently. its only a state of mind that you will get over. |

Re: Lonely Planet?
I am sure you have friends... and those friends have wives. Bas roz one friend's home and have the wife of the day cook for you. Round robin all their homes. Good food and good company. Loneliness will be missing you then
