a javascript problem!

i dunno what happened, but my IE refuses to open new windows which work by using java script! dunno when this problem started but any solutions?
i have already tried going to settings and the "enable script" is checked! and i havent got a firewall

try internet options, security, advanced and see if the disable java box is ticked. sorry, not being a computer expert this is the only thing i can think of .

the tick thing is ENABLED! i mean to Vakil Sahib! i have tried that!

Update your winXP ( If it is ) & even if doesn't work.. download java from java.sun.com

in Internet Explorer:
Click Tools ->Internet Options->Advanced->Restore Defaults
Click Apply->Ok

This may solve your problem.

It is becos of that stolen copy of office 2003. it is rigged so that if you dont register then it starts inserting random errors elsewhere in the system.

BUDMASS: if Gxandhu had been given half a more brain cell than he already has then maybe he would have known that!

i have tried SUN thing, doing wat bramchari said didnt help! but its funny tho that i have installed netscape navigator and all the sites are working fine in that! (its probably that i or someone inadvertantly changed teh settings!)

thanks, i did try to ignore him before, when he used to give me f(ked up answers but i m a human being, i can only take so much of his barking!

maybe you ought to explain to him what WinXP service pack 1 is, cuz he may do something stupid to himself and u will be responsible!

Xgandhu: atleast i know how to spell "enough" and "because"! maybe u need to go back to primary school (and while you are at it, learn how to answer back properly! )
