second line in politics has to bide their time, dominate, finish off oldies and make their mark. Much like Modi did to Advani. Check history of any political party pretty much same trend, except your Congress which is outright working on Master Servant model. Master remains from princely Gandhi (fake surname) family, servants are those who lick their boots and gain riches (small percentage as scam finder fee) upon proving their mettle in fudging papers, handling media dalali.

If Nitish were such a great leader why he won't focus on work than make only statements. Bihar grew well until Sushil Modi was Home Minister under him as a good finance guy, while Nitish controlled the gangs. Now with him joining gangs one has seen old times of 90s gundaraj return. Just wait until elections are over, Nitish will repent joining hands with Lalu and giving a dead party like Congress in Bihar way more seats than they can dream to win, have 4 mlas right now . Already Netaji did well as a convener to break ties with this trio.
