I am expecting responses like

1) you are old now (not true, I celebrated my 30th birthday last month - well maybe not my 30th, but not far off )

2) you are suffering from depression (I am not)

3) Get medical help (huh?)
You got kids ?? If yes, then you have to follow their schedule whether you are well or not. Get them ready for school, breakfast etc..etc..

If no, then just lie in till you feel strong enough to get up, or the pressure gets too much
