Nobody is always happy with their job, but the question is - what are you unhappy about? Is it the employer or is it you?

Maybe you are not the right fit for the position, so you and the employer are simply unable to connect. Maybe you are rigid about certain views or have a strong Indian accent that is off-putting to westerners.

Listen to what your employer is telling you and try to make some changes in your attitude and approach. Smile at work. Be pleasant to your coworkers, rather than complain. Pick up hobbies outside of work. Work doesn't have to be your life.
