Befriend a recuriter... he will be able to get the best result for you.

Right now there are many jobless people. Jobs posted at the site have 100s of responders everyday. Nobody even looks at the resumes.

recuriters have inner connetions. works better.

right now I am project less.......but in this market u never know when this status change to jobless.

There are a variety of search engines i.e. Craig's List, Monste, Indeed.com, careerbuilder etc
