Close to 37% of population cannot tell if their urge is thirst or hunger … faulty mechanism … they almost always reach for food or nibble while in fact they should be quenching their thirst … result of years of food abuse …
Another reason to make an effort/ make it a habit to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day ... even if you think you are not thirsty … for you could be one of 37 ...

if I am thirsty or hungry ;) but if I go to suuu-ssuuuu a lot then I knoew i must have been thirsty and drank a lot of water. If I go to .... :D you know what I mean :clap: :D

Hmmmm ........I always know when I'm thirsty .....The electonic lights on the Coaster goes off and the Coaster starts vibrating ....and Voila the Barmaid gets me a Long Island Iced Tea ;)

I go to toilet and if it was a soo soo I fix myself a glass of water ...
If it was a boo boo then I go to kitchen and fix myself a meal ...
Works out to between 8-10 soo soos a day and one large
boo boo and one small boo boo a day ...

I think this means that these people also dont know whether they are going to shi* or going to fart
