Indian PM visit to USA next month : What should we ask of USA?

Our Prime Minister is going to USA next month. He will most likely be addressing the Senate in Washington. (I am not sure of all the details of his visit)

With the PM's planned visit in sight, the Indian Tech industry has put forth their demand that our PM should voice while in USA. They want the H1B visa cap to be removed and some related demands.

Now, what do you think that our PM should voice / demand / ask for / request of the USA on this visit?
