Do you think the new reforms by the US policymakers affect the speed of processing Greencards?.If yes in what way?

The newly passed Bill S.2045 has helped in many ways for the H1/B visa and the Green Card. More details on the site I just mentioned.

... but I dont think that reforms are helping speed up the cases. I have friends waiting for their date to get current. Things are worst at the CA service center.

But, ask your immigration attorney rather than relying on what's on free chat boards.
