Great Movie. I sinmply loved it. Definately a slick movie with some good acting. It rips open the so called hi-society of India. Just opposite of HAHK whereas HAHK was a goody goody family wedding drama this shows what goes on behind the scenes. Also touches very very sensitive ( but still existing) topics of child molestation very subtly. Even has some crude humor. Do not watch with children present in the room or outside it. Has some very strong language & dialogues like ' Madarc*** tere ko ga*d be baithne ke paise milte hain kya ? '

a warm and big dose of great Punjabi culture in so called High class Pujabies.

Whatever it is, I like the image of Indian family bond, specially the dailogue of Naseeruding shah about fast growing of gals child, and how he is going to miss his daughter after marrige.

You should have seen the subtitles.... When the kid says, "How gayi na KLPD?", the subtitle read, "Betrayal of The Erect Dik" :D

Directed by and starring Nair same lady as in SALAM BOMBAY …

Koi dekha haai kiya is movie ko? I slept through "Salam Bombay"
… On top of that yaar next day is working day ...

So many stories woven into one film and blending them so nicely is what I liked most about the film.
Yes the incest and the paedophile stuff did make me sort of restless, but I did enjoy Dubeyji's and Naseer's parts.

saw it y'day on VCD..it was average..not as crappy as decribed by CSCB or full-2 paisa vasool by bakchatter either..yeah dubeji was good and so was naseer...
me 2 looking forward to c MITR ..yaar india mein VCD par aa gayi kya?? theatres mein se to shayd nikal gayi hain..actually meri ek online friend hain..usne kahan ki its a must c bcos it has stuff on online relationships 2 ;) ...to is baar holi par jab. hyd. jaana hoga to sure dekhenge...:)
