I just made a new type of egg curry yesterday...
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs - halved.
Green chilly
Red chilly
Ginger
Garlic
Cloves
Black pepper
Milk
4-Cheese
I forgot: tomatoes
Now I hope you can go ahead and figure out the recipe by yourself. It's too easy.

Now wait ya minute...THIS THREAD HAS BEEN GIVEN 5 STARS??????????
Saalay Moderataro, yeh toh hadd kar di tum logoN nay :D :D saalaa, itna corruption??
(by the way, it's better not to halve the eggs while making egg curry. The yolk get seperated and dissolves. It's better to keep whole eggs with notches so that gravy can seep in)

bhidooo, powerplay ;) was checking whether anybody even looks at the ratings or not.
Anyway, Put the egghalves in the curry while serving. Do not put them while making the curry or else...as big-G described...

Vidur bhai asked what goes well with susky.. I mean whisky.. I like this one.
Boil eggs (melly pai has chipkao the vidhi for that long ago).
Peal and cut to halves.
Apply ginger garlic paste on the halves yolk side (be careful not too much).
Take a pan.. put oil and spread it evenly..
Switch on the stove/oven's fan to highest possible (darn thing does gives some lasting smell)..
Put the eggs on the pan yolk side down and let it brown.
Take it out.. and flip it.
Now cut onions to very fine pieces.
Now apply the mint chutney that amal bhai chipkao in vidur pais thread..
due credits to amal pai
Pudina chutney:
Fresh mint leaves..one cup
onion medium size...two
anardana ground....one tea spoon
lemon juice....two spoon
hot green chiily...2 pcs
salt...half tea spoon
Now sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder over it.
Sprinkle a abundant amount of onions over it..
Peacefully eat it.
Note.. Your wife will not let you kiss her due to onion breath.. but then.. I guess she won't let you do that having had suski either.. so why not enjoy a good snak..
