It is other way round, public knows that talent AFTER the female star starts wearing short dresses, from madhuri in tejab (ek do teen) to urmila in rangeela to kareena in ashoka.

16 flop tak tiki rahegi to na karegi blue or yellow film me kaam. 5-6 flop ke baad hi raam naam ho jata hai...muhfat jara tu to thora logically baat karle..........;)
