Haven't seen it, but just noticed that the title seems to translate to a rather well known spanish saying:

"Su casa es mi casa"

Everything is nice in this movie except Sunil Shetty's voice which really hurts....
Story is about a house owner(Shetty) who tries to vacate his ghar in which Mahima is living as a tenant with all her family....
Lot of bickerings result between them which are full of cheeky dialogues and a few songs...
One time see.....
