Good God, why doesn't that clueless network admin of that site do something useful like patch his server software regularly. He's using Apache 1.3.12 for crying out loud. That version has had documented security issues for ages and the current version is now 1.3.20. I did a quick search on google and I found some information on the security issues on an Indian site ironically!

IMHO someone ought to give that admin some basic classes on server security.
