Some great music last evening in Boston-- Ustad Zakir Hussain(tabla) ,Vikku Vinayakram(ghatam) and L.Shankar(violin) ..
the first two were on the jazz-fusion group 'Shakti'..Zakir has also been part of the Mahavishnu Orchestra with John McLaughlin..
both Zakir Hussain and Vikku were electrifying!!!!!! indian percussions rocked!!:cool:
