DS 160 submit guidelines

hi,

is it possible to fill out and submit the ds 160 form for parents ( for b2 visa) and scan the confirmation page and filled forms to send to india?
or
do they have to do this by themselves? they are not too conversatnt with computers so i m trying to find the best alternative possible

Fill out the forms... scan and along with filled forms also send blank ones. Let them copy from the filled ones into the blank ones... in their own hand-writing. And then sign at appropriately marked places.

My advice still stays... only they will have to copy from sent form to online form.
