US favouring India, Pakistan whines

Karachi, September 4: Pakistan's Foreign Minister said on Tuesday a United States decision to slap sanctions on Chinese and Pakistani firms on charges of transferring missile technology was based on Washington's narrow policy approach in the region.

"The US policy is based on a narrow point, it does not impose any sanctions against India which is continuing to develop... missiles," Abdul Sattar told a news conference.

Sattar said Pakistan wanted equal treatment with India, with which Pakistan has fought three wars since the two countries gained independence from Britain in 1947. "So, we have to continue our efforts to seek a non-discriminatory and equitable approach by the US to security issues in our region," he added.

I am only quoting from a news item that says that Pakistan is unhappy with the way USA is increasing its inclination towards India and distancing itself from Pakistan.

But, India is slowly moving towards USA and that is good!!!

Surprising second time in a day, I am once again agree with eNRI ;) thats the only good thing this ABV govt is doing (Sometime I doubt, becuase its looks like US is taking this initiative, not India, speically after that US plane episode with China)
