What does 'Charcha' mean? I know hindi but never heard this word before even... mera maa aur pitaa ko nahin sahmaj tey.

If you say you are an Indian - and a patriotic one at that as per your own statements - then I am sure you must have heard Hindi news on TV or radio. You must have heard the word 'charcha' atleast once in your lifetime. I'm born in Andhra Pradesh. But we moved to the United States when I was 8. Truely speaking, I've never heard this word ^^ mostly because I didn't watch news back then... In telugu 'dicsussion' is: 'charchinchukotam'
