Inserting links to other sites

How do I insert links to other sites without having to display the entire url?

For example

I want to post a link to Google

Instead of typing

www.google.com (http://www.google.com/)

Can i type 'Google' and insert an hyperlink?

I ask as some urls are too long.

I did go through the FAQ's.

On other sites the insert link option asks for the url link to be entered and once done the script prompt asks for the title for the link to be entered.

I have seen some posts here where posters have done it, not sure how though

Elementary Watson. Follow the code below without the gap before "/url" :

Google[ /url]

The result would be:

[url=http://www.google.com]Google (http://www.google.com)

[Charchila]
