दिल्ली। महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (मनसे) के नेता राज ठाकरे का सिर लाकर देने वाले को एक करोड़ रूपए का इनाम देने की घोषणा
करने वाले समाजवादी पार्टी के एक विधायक की भावना से पार्टी महासचिव अमर सिंह ने सहमति जताई है।
मध्य प्रदेश से सपा के एक विधायक की इस तरह की घोषणा की ओर ध्यान दिलाए जाने पर अमर सिंह ने आज यहां संवाददाताओं से कहा कि
वे इस विधायक को समझाएंगे कि राजनीति में इस तरह की भाषा का इस्तेमाल करना उचित नहीं है।

अलबत्ता उन्होंने कहा कि वे राज ठाकरे के उत्तर भारतीयों के खिलाफ नफरत के अभियान से उपजी इस भावना की कद्र करते हैं।



साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह को कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराने की शिवसेना की घोषणा और गुजरात पुलिस द्वारा साध्वी को क्लीन चिट
दिए जाने पर प्रतिक्रिया जाहिर करते हुए अमर सिंह ने कहा कि उन्हें इन दोनों ही घटनाओं से कोई हैरानी नहीं है।

उन्होंने कहा कि गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के शासन और शिवसेना से और अपेक्षा ही क्या की जा सकती है।

It is a good ploy. We are seeing some good quality politics in our country.The politics may be dirty but it is of good quality. As I have said that both Amar Singh and Raj Thakrey are Pals and all this nuisance started only with Amar Singh and later on Laloo jumped in. All are irrelevant and out of pwer people.


RR Patil has changed Z category security to Y category security for Raj. Amar Singh and Smajwaadi Party are helping Raj Thakrey to get back is his Z security.

BJP which has been mostly silent as it supports Shiv Sena's stand on influx in Mumbai and any how those moving to Mumbai are the ones who normally betray it in Voting :D is trying to be away from this mess.

The MLA is from Madhya Pradesh and this is an attempt to drag BJP into this filth as if it takes action against this MLA it will loose votes in Madhya Pradesh and if it doesn't takes action then BJP will be only justifying stand taken by Vilas Rao Deshmukh against Raj.

After all why a Samajwadi party from Madhya Pradesh has to offer s Supari,which is not part of this mess.

So in any case Samajwadi party/Congress combine is in win win situation.

I wonder why IPC 307 was not implemented on the said politician and why he was not put under arrest.

Vilas Rao Deshmukh is correct only legally although not morally.
Raj has been dealt the best way legally he could be. You can't hang a person for just cursing Bhaiyas and Biharis though I myself am one ;) . Not very long ago BSP(Bahujan Samaj Party) has given slogan "Tilak Taraju aur Talwar,inko maare Joote chaar" meaning Kick Brahmins,Baniyas and Kshatriya. If Mayawati was not punished for this,why should be Raj punished. Raj has got a gag order that should be sufficient punishment. Despite looking talented he will never become a nationall or accepted leader will be his biggest punishment.

This particular case IPC 307 cannot be applied because 307 is applied for attempted murder.No such attempt was done in this case.

@Randheer 307 can be applied becz its provoking murder.Remember if he was killed he would be booked under 302 and not 307.As for Mayawati and Mulayam they are the two faces of the same coin.
