Good that you liked it, but for real puneri dhol you have to come down to pune and listen. What you get in Mumbai is cheap version of it :D

I hope the utsav goes well in my home town. I remember ten years back there was riots, you guessed it right, the followers of peace loving religion :Drioted and quite a few people were killed. The utsav has to pass a mosque which is on the way to the beach where ganesh is immersed and the followers of the peace loving religion threw rocks, stones on the procession. Sad part is the mosque is just a few hundered yards from the beach and the procession has go through the area where those peace lovers live.

Kay bhau!! Wah wah wah!! Chya maari.. ekdum Mumbai athavli re... Even the Nasik Dhol style is amazing. You can dance endlessly to it.

Now need to search for videos of Lazeem and Dhol along with it.

obviously..its more disciplined and organised in pune...in mumbai all that tapori dance turns me off..i like the synchronised lejhim moves
