Travellers to USA. What to prepare and what to bring?

Hi There,

My friend's parents are travelling to USA sometime soon. They just got visa.
What preparations should they make?
There was a good website a couple of years ago which I referred to one of my other friends, but I can't find it now, even when googled.

Other than Health insurance, I don't think anything is that much important. We get most stuff here.

Your friend is fortunate ... God bless him for he gets to enjoy parents. Hope he choses airline which cares for elderly ... not worth saving few dirty bucks.
