The United Liberation Front of Assam on Sunday called for a plebiscite to decide their demand for independence from New Delhi. "The indigenous population of Assam must treat the colonial Indian government as the enemy. There are 2 types of Hindus.

1. Hindus which is the silent peace loving honest majority mainly consisting of bahujans but not totally excluding others.

2. Hindu assholes (in other words people who knowingly or unknowingly strengthen 'debauched priestly vested interests'.

The secessionist movements in the NE are just gimmicks. The youths there hardly get good jobs, and so they join these movements. Then they kill a few policemen, run for a couple of years and then surrender to get amnesty and attractive jobs. We should improve the economy of this region and create jobs; that will dry out these movements and I don't believe China will go the paki way in supporting these movements with external recruits. That is also precisely why the govt. does not give a damn to these movements, because they can keep it under control with a few jobs granted selectively.

Aurangy bhai, if you are so proud of Turkish blood (probably your Hindu forefathers were bled to conversion by Turks, and there may have been some mixing...:D), why don't you call for Pakistan's unification with Turkey first. If I were and Asamese I would die/kill for secessionism. Why?

Asam has fertile land (tea gardens) which is owned by Paries/Gujaraties/Marwadies. The middle jobs all go Bongs and only Bangladeshies are allowed to do labor work. The Tea Garden owners refrain from employing Asamese

Asam also has Oil. But ONGC's top level is full of Tamil, UPites, Punjabies and bottom level consists of Biharies and UPites. Again, no jobs for Asamese.

Some 7 years ago, I had met a 45 year old Asamese in US. He said that when he graduted from Universtity in Asam with Gold Medal in Engineering (related to mining), he wanted to work in ONGC. The UPite there DID NOT even give him the application form. Eventually, he did manage to get a form. But evenbtually, only Tamils and UPites were selected for those vacant positions. Good for him in a way, as he then came to US.

Will any Indian youth accept a situation where alland is owned by Britishers and only Britishers are allowed to work in govt jobs and oil cpompanies? No

Britishers had given MUCH better deal to India than Marwadies/Gujaraties/Tamil/Punjabies/UPites have given to Asamese.

So folks, a reality check is : in the name of Hinduism or National Integrity, if u wanna gouble up land, oil etc it is not gonna last.

Solutions

1)ALL oil-fields should be handed over to Asam State Govt

2)Only Asamese natives should be allowed to own land in Asam. No encroachment by Gujaraties/Marwadies etc should be allowed. (btw, I am gujju)

3)Only Asamese should be given jobs in ONGC, Govt etc in Asam

4)JURY SYSTEM to eradicate corruption/atrocity. Corruption/Atrocity are major problems which add lots and lots of fuel to a fire. And ONLY Jury System can reduce corruption. The judge system encourages corruption as over 95% judges in India are now corrupt

Same should apply in ALL states. The Natural Resources should be made properties of the natives of that land.
